Changes In Use

One of the methods SEC uses to save our customers money is to purchase gas based on our customer's historical use. When we sign a contract, SEC obtains gas based on the length of the contract and the usage.

SEC has put money at risk based on our contract and customer usage. Therefore, we require our customers to advise us if there is substantial change in usage.

Changing Your Account Name

When a customer wants to change their name, a request must be submitted in writing.

Depending on what the customer is doing, SEC may require the new customer to sign documents assuming old contract or initiating a new contract.

Our Accounts Receivable department may require new Credit information. A Stand Energy representative will send you a new contract if necessary.

New Account Credit Requirement

The procedure on new contracts is to include a complete credit application. In addition, new accounts require the affiliate to complete a customer profile form.
